I’ve undertaken my own personal weight loss both before and after baby, and recovered from several injuries including ankle surgery and achilles tendonitis.
I'm a firm believer in learning how to instil regular healthy habits in your life for long term sustainability and working out the smart way with workouts that are time effective, fun & challenging
After qualifying as a Personal Trainer more than a decade ago and extending my knowledge as a Specialised Women’s Fitness Coach and various health and wellness practices, I have helped hundreds of women on their personal transformation journey through my personalised training and original bootcamps.
