Ep16. Getting ‘Stuck Back In’ to Things
This is the first podcast episode for 2023, after a bit of a long break… and while the year may already feel like it’s well under way and starting to get away from us, it’s important to pause and realise that jumping back into things or trying to implement new routines and healthy habits too quickly can be detrimental to making things last to achieve our long term goals. So today I’m chatting about ways to get ‘stuck back in’ to things and how I am personally implementing this more intentionally one step at a time, to avoid burn out, demotivation and failure.
