I will be your guide, coach and mentor to help you create a health & fitness plan with regular accountability check in and review sessions. We will work closely together for 2 months online to breakdown obstacles, create simplified actionable steps and a workout plan to get you on the way to kicking goals for your own healthy move.

· 6 coaching sessions - 1x 90min Initial Set Up & Kickstart Planning Session, 5x Scheduled Check In, Review & Accountability Calls (see detailed plan below)
